1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
Securing a communication channel to fulfill response or service obligations regarding vulnerability reports.

2. Items of Personal Information Collected
a.	Required Items: Customer Name, Email Address
b.	Optional Items: Job Title/Position

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved.
However, in accordance with internal standards, the information may be retained for two years after the report has been processed and closed.  

4. Right to Refuse Consent and Notice of Disadvantages
You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information; however, if you refuse consent, the acceptance
of your report and provision of processing results may be restricted.
